1. Delivery area

HEMPMED delivers within Poland and to countries available for selection when placing an order. Deliveries outside the standard service area, particularly outside Europe, require prior individual arrangements.

2. Delivery within Poland

Domestic orders are sent exclusively by courier via InPost Courier, DPD or DHL. Order processing takes 3 to 5 days. The currently available carrier, delivery charge and estimated delivery time are always displayed before the order is confirmed.

Delivery within Poland is free for orders of 1 kg or more, in accordance with the terms displayed in the Store.

3. International delivery

Delivery availability for a given country, its price and the available method are displayed at checkout. For countries outside the European Union, the recipient may be required to complete import formalities and pay local taxes, customs duties or fees.

4. Processing and tracking

An order is sent for processing after payment has been confirmed, unless the selected payment method provides otherwise. Once the shipment has been dispatched, the customer receives a tracking number if the carrier makes one available. Unless otherwise agreed, a consumer order will be delivered without undue delay and no later than within the period specified in the Terms and Conditions.

5. Receipt of shipment

It is advisable to inspect the condition of the packaging upon receipt. Visible damage should, where possible, be documented and reported to HEMPMED without delay. The absence of a damage report does not deprive the consumer of their statutory rights.

6. Sales to adults only (18+)

HEMPMED's offer is intended exclusively for adults. Entering the Store and placing an order require confirmation that the customer is at least 18 years old. Where there are reasonable doubts, the Seller may request proof of age and refuse to process an order placed by a minor.
